Initially I thought it was a Bartram's / Caribbean Scrub Hairstreak, but in fact not quite. I found the closest using images on Wiki - yours, in fact. You have is as a 'Marshall's Scrub Hairsteak' so I searched for that, unsuccessfully. It turns out to be a Martial Scrub Hairstreak - sounds just the same, though! Anyway I got there in the end, thanks to your image!
