On the afternoon of August 2
nd, we continued on to the Patagonia area to look for the continuing Sinaloa Wren and recently reported pair of Rufous-capped Warblers. We saw neither (though Ken and Laurel caught up with them a few days later by going in the early morning). But we did see some other things.
Sunflower Leaf Beetle, Zygogramma exclamationis
Spot-winged Glider, Pantala hymenaea
Jones's Spiderflower , Cleome jonesii
On the spiderflower:
Harlequin Bug, Murgantia histrionica
Haldeman's Green Potato Beetle, Leptinotarsa haldemani
Aztec Dancer, Argia nahuana
Fatal Metalmark
Bordered Patch
